This beautiful 1250sqft 2 bedroomed Apartment was once the area of the house that boasted the Ismay Family’s main lounge and Kitchen area.
This recently refurbished apartment is the biggest of our short-term letting apartments. On entering the apartment, you walk into a wide hallway leading into what was the original lounge. This beautiful room looks across to the Victorian gardens and Crosby Beach beyond. The original ornate ceiling and Queen Victoria mouldings are quite spectacular. The fireplace is also original but we have fitted a beautiful gas log burner to keep things less messy but still as cozy.
The room boats a large Victorian dining table that can easily seat up to 6 people, great for doing jig saws or playing card games on.
The main kitchen is huge with ceilings over 5 meters high! boasting a pine kitchen table for a leisurely breakfasts. The kitchen leads out into a lovely courtyard with outside table.
Other facilities
- Plenty of FREE parking on Beach Lawn road as it is a cul de sac and always has spaces available. EV charging available at £15 per night, off street parking also available for £10 per night.
- Cots & High chairs can be provided on request, if you’re feeling musical, we even have a guitar that we can leave for you to play as the sunsets on Crosby Beach.
- Small dogs less than 25kg welcome – charges and deposits apply see separate terms & Conditions

- Easy access to central Liverpool and the M62 and all major motorway links, 40 mins drive to Liverpool John Lennon airport , 60 mins drive to Manchester International Airport . Liverpool Lime Street train station, 20 mins drive.
- Amazing views over to the Welsh hills and only a 5 mins walk to the famous Anthony Gormley “Another Place“ art installation on Crosby Beach.
