Q1 What time can I check in?

Our standard check-in time is 14:00pm. If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us by email stay@beachlawnhouse.com one of our team will confirm if this is possible for your stay.

Q2 Where do I collect keys from? Will someone meet me at the property?

We have 2 arrival procedures, depending on when & how long you are staying for and what time you will be arriving:

  • Self-check-in key safes are located outside each letting area
  • Host Meet and greet

You will receive an email 48 hours prior to arrival with details on how to collect your keys, and whether a team member will be meeting you. If you are staying longer than 3 days, we will always aim to meet you personally and show you around.

Q3 What time do I have to check out?

Our standard check-out time is 10:00am. If you would like to check out later, please contact us by email stay@beachlawnhouse.com one of our team will confirm if this is possible for your stay.

Q4 Where should I leave the keys when I depart?

Keys should be left in the key safes

Q5 Does the apartment has bedding and towels, or should I bring my own?

The beds in your apartment will be fully made up in good time for your arrival.

  • Stays of less than 7 days: One hand towel & one bath towel are provided per person.
  • Stays of more than 7 days: In addition to the above we will also provide you with a fluffy bath robe per person, and during the summer months beach towels will be provided

Q6 Can I make special or specific requests for my stay?

Yes. Take a look on our web site for the extras that are available to pre order for your stay.
If you can’t see exactly what you are looking for then just, please contact us by email stay@beachlawnhouse.com and tell us what you are looking for and we will do our best to accommodate your request if we can. If you would like us to arrange a Pre arrival provisioning shop just let us have an advance list of your requirements and we’ll make sure that it is all in your fridge for your arrival.

Q7 What is included in my stay?

Facilities and services include:

  • Hair dryer, Iron & Ironing board
  • Selection of Luxury Noble Isle toiletries for you to pamper yourself with including:
    Shampoo, Conditioner, soap, hand lotion, vanity kit, shower cap, mending kit, shoe mit.
  • Selection of Tea’s, Coffee and milk & sugar sachets
  • kitchen utensils, water glasses, wine glasses, cups & crockery for 4 persons.
  • Toaster, Blender, Microwave oven
  • Unlimited Wi-Fi
  • Smart TV with internet connection – note: you will need to connect to channels using your own subscriptions as the TV’s are NOT connected to an ariel.
  • Linen & towels per Q5
  • First Aid Kit available

Q8 What is included in a Weekly service clean?

  • All bedding & towels changed
  • Apartment will be fully cleaned and all bins emptied
  • Coffee & Tea sachets and PODS will be replenished

Q9 Can I smoke in my apartment?

Smoking is not permitted INSIDE any of our apartments, we do have an outside terrace that is undercover with a patio chairs & table for you to sit and smoke outside.

Q10 Do you offer laundry & Dry cleaning services?

We’ll happily organise any dry cleaning or laundry requirements you may have.
Charges will be agreed with you prior to organising.

Q11 Are the Apartments Secure?

Our luxury apartments have their own heavy duty front doors, with High security 5 Lever Mortice Deadlocks on all doors.

Q12 Is There Nearby Parking?

There is plenty of free parking available on Beach Lawn outside the Mansion House , the house driveway is very small and is not able to accommodate guest cars .

Whilst we don’t yet have an EV charger by prior arrangement we can arrange for you to park in the driveway and run your own cable into the apartment you are staying in . a cable to You don’t have to worry about parking at all. You can have the peace of mind that you can park your vehicle in allocated off-street parking. We have parking facilities at both our Claygate and Hampton Court luxury serviced apartments. For those staying in our Hampton Court apartments, we have an EV car charger. Let us know before your stay if you wish to use it so we can be sure to allocate you a convenient space.

Q14 What Services Do You Offer?

We endeavour to make you as comfortable as possible throughout your stay. We will always try our best to meet and greet our guests, whatever time of day. We will gladly show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have.
In all our bath and shower rooms, you will find complimentary toiletries.

If you have any special requests before your visit, just get in touch. We will do everything to try to accommodate your request. We can stock the fridge for you with your favourite food and beverages or ensure cots and highchairs are ready for you to settle in easily.
You can rest assured that your luxury serviced apartment will be meticulously cleaned before your arrival. While you are staying there, our housekeeping service will come in weekly to ensure the apartment is immaculate, clean and tidy and organised for you at a convenient time. Let us know prior to your stay if you would prefer not to have a weekly clean and we will leave extra cleaning products in your apartment.
